UK Mainland Shipping Charges
In the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service for orders < 2kgs & UK Mail / DHL Parcel or DPD 24 up to 20kgs. We will provide a tracking number with your order which you can then track delivery using their respective websites. Please use a mobile contact phone number if you wish to receive tracking via text when available.
Within the UK we aim to process orders within 24 hrs, if not sooner. Please note that this excludes weekends as there is no one in the order processing warehouse over the weekend. Orders received late on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. For next day services you must complete your order before 2pm.
We are subsidising the shipping costs so please do not expect a next day delivery service unless stated. In general items should then be delivered within 3-5 working days of the order being processed.
In the event of items being out of stock, we will try to notify you with estimated delivery times. When goods are delivered if they are damaged please give us prompt notification.
Due to ongoing issues with Royal Mails international postal service we now include the DPD courier service (for orders up to 20kgs) to many continental european countries. This allows us to provide tracking information with your order once it is shipped. You have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods within seven (7) working days of receipt with prior agreement in writing. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the goods at their expense. The goods must be returned in their original packaging in a condition that they can be sold as new. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This does not affect your statutory rights with regard to faulty products.
We must be advised in writing (this includes email) within seven days of any loss, damage or shortage of goods for a claim to be considered. Note that the original shipping fees (including Vat) will not be refunded in the case of returned goods that are not the result of a product fault.
