Active-Recovery Series

ROCKTAPE’s Active-Recovery (AR) series of tapes are designed to enhance performance and recovery.  Unlike regular compression garments and tapes, ROCKTAPE’s AR series can be used both to apply compression to promote recovery, or decompression to relieve pain and swelling. Rocktape is engineered to meet the demands of endurance athletes like runners, swimmers and cyclists.

The ROCKTAPE AR series features:

  • Stickier, hypoallergenic adhesive that won’t fall off during competition
  • 180% stretch, the same elasticity as skin, to promote full range of motion
  • 97% cotton, 3% Nylon 6/12, low moisture absorption
  • Tighter weave, which enables muscle to more easily ‘snap back’ to neutral
  • Water resistant
  • Variety of designs and colours (all colours have the same properties)
  • 5 meters in length by 5cm in width in each roll, about 1 month supply depending on usage
  • Wearable for up to 5 days

UK Mainland Shipping Charges

In the UK we use interlinkexpress for all our deliveries and we provide that at a subsidised rate of: £4.95 up to 20kgs & £10 over 20kgs. We will provide a tracking number with your order which you can then track delivery using the website http://www.track-parcel.co.uk/interlink/

For Channel Island deliveries we will confirm shipping prices following order processing.

Delivery Schedule:

Within the UK we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hrs, if not sooner. Please note that this excludes weekends as there is no one in the order processing warehouse over the weekend. Orders received late on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.

We are subsidizing the shipping costs but please do not expect a next day delivery service at our shipping & handling prices. Items should then be delivered within 3-5 working days of the order being processed.

In the event of items being out of stock, we will try to notify you with estimated delivery times. When goods are delivered if they are damaged please give us prompt notification.

European Shipping:

Due to ongoing issues with Royal Mails international postal service we have now use the DPD courier service to many European destinations outside of the UK. This allows us to provide tracking information with your order once it is shipped. You can then check the state of your parcel online using the following link: http://www.track-parcel.co.uk/interlink/

To ensure delivery we use a signed for delivery service which is included in the pricing. We only have an up to 30kgs shipping option so this might not be cost effective for smaller items.

Returns:

You have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods within seven (7) working days of receipt with prior agreement in writing. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the goods at their expense. The goods must be returned in their original packaging in a condition that they can be sold as new. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This does not affect your statutory rights with regard to faulty products.

We must be advised in writing (this includes email) within seven days of any loss, damage or shortage of goods for a claim to be considered. Note that the original shipping fees (including Vat) will not be refunded in the case of returned goods that are not the result of a product fault.
