All carriage charges include three elements; packaging, handling and the actual delivery. Able2 Ltd have always prided themselves on their despatch and delivery services therefore they aim to despatch your order as quickly as is possible and to deliver your item(s) within two/three working days. They do not despatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays as our office and warehouse are closed.
The overwhelming majority of orders received are despatched within 24 hours of receiving an order.
Essentially, we envisage all orders being delivered within two or three working days.
Occasionally delays can be caused by products going out of stock; this is unusual and when this does occur our manufacturing and warehousing teams work hard to ensure the delay is kept to an absolute minimum.
A large percentage of our orders are despatched using a national carrier and will require a signature upon delivery.
The remaining smaller orders maybe despatched using Royal Mail; again a signature maybe required upon delivery.
Generally if you have not received your order within five working days please do not hesitate to contact us.

Who should I contact if I have a query with the delivery with my order?
If you have a specific query please email us via the contact us link quoting your order reference and our team will be more than happy to assist.
If I order more than one item will they be delivered together?
We try wherever possible to deliver orders with multiple items together, however occasionally circumstances can dictate that such orders maybe split over one or more deliveries.
Who will deliver my order?
The majority of orders despatched will be delivered by a national carrier however occasionally Royal Mail maybe used as our preferred carrier for smaller, less heavy consignments.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes, with the majority of deliveries an acceptance of delivery signature will be required by the carrier from the recipient.
When can I expect my order to be despatched?
We have always prided ourselves on our despatch and delivery services therefore we aim to despatch your order as quickly as is possible and to deliver your item(s) within two/three working days.
Larger, heavier items such as Mattresses can incur longer despatch and delivery schedules.
We do not despatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays as our office and warehouse are closed.
For health & hygiene reasons we can only accept goods for return which have been unopened and unused and within 14 days of receipt.
Before a return can be accepted we need to generate a returns authorization with the partner suppying these goods. To get that started you need to email us clearly outlinging the reason you wish to return the goods. We will then pass it on to the partner for an authorization. If approved we will send you that authorization paperword to print out and enclose with the goods being returned. We will also provide the full returns address.
Please DO NOT send anything to anyone before you received the returns authorization.
Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and ensure the product is securely packaged. We do not refund any original shipping & handling charges associated with your original order unless the goods are returned due to a material fault.
A national courier is recommended, as proof of dispatch is not necessarily proof of delivery.
Please ensure your name, address and order number are enclosed. We do not pay return carriage charges.
