Altra® L-TYPE needles are made from the highest quality Japanese surgical stainless steel under advanced manufacturing facilities. The material used is highly tensile, flexible, springy, strong and evenly ductile; all the properties required to make high quality needles.
A Traditional Acupuncture Needle done properly, All Altra® Acupuncture Needles are made from the same high-quality Japanese stainless steel and have stainless steel Loop Handles.
Altra-L acupuncture needles available with and without Guide Tubes 100 needles/box (check the product descriptions below). L Type 0.22 x 40mm are currently also available in boxes of 500 (5 in 1 guide tubes).
- Needle tips are sharpened and polished to ensure consistency and ultimate sharpness.

We now use DPD and Royal Mail’s 24hrs tracked (M-F before noon) for shipping our acupuncture needles directly from the importers UK warehouse.

We now use DPD and Royal Mail’s 24hrs tracked (M-F before noon) for shipping our acupuncture needles directly from the importers UK warehouse, and try to despatch the orders received before lunch on the same day (weekends excluded). cCustomers would possibly receive on the next working day.
We offer a 14-day returns policy, starting from the day you receive your order. We will only accept returned goods if they are in their original, unaltered condition.
To initiate a return, please obtain an authorisation code from us by contacting via the message option in your order history section of our website.
Important: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be considered for a return.
Returned goods must be in their original, sold condition. The buyer must arrange for goods to be returned.
Refunds
Provided that goods have been returned within the stated returns policy and are in their original condition, we can issue a refund or provide a credit note.
Refunded amounts will match the purchase price of the product at the time of the order. The buyer is responsible for making arrangements for the return of the goods. Refunds for postage will not be provided; refunds on postage will only be issued in the case of faulty products.
Please allow up to 7 working days for refund processing.
Returns Due to Damaged Merchandise
Please report immediately to our office for any damage to goods in your order.
Damaged items will be replaced if reported to our office within 14 days of delivery. Customers must obtain authorisation from our office prior to returning the damaged merchandise items.
The return cost of posting will be credited into your account or refunded when conditions are met.
