Returns: You have the right to cancel the Contract and return the goods within seven working days of receipt with prior agreement in writing. It will be the customers’ responsibility to return the goods at their expense. The goods must be returned in their original packaging in a condition that they can be sold as new. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This does not affect your statutory rights with regard to faulty products. We must be advised in writing (this includes email) within seven days of any loss, damage or shortage of goods for a claim to be considered. Delivery Schedule: Within the UK goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days. In the event of items being out of stock, we will notify you with estimated delivery times. When goods are delivered if they are damaged please give us prompt notification. Carriage: All items are subject to carriage, the value of which is dependent upon the items ordered. European Shipping: Please note we have now added shipping prices to many European destinations outside of the UK. To ensure delivery we use a signed for delivery service which is included in the pricing. Our shipping varies for weights up to 2kgs and thereafter is a flat fee for many EU Vat countries for orders up to 30kgs in weight. We hope to provide more variations in between 2 and 30kgs as they become available.
