This CD contains the two, full colour, printable versions of our 2007 preExercise Pro assessment form. These versions can be used for desktop or professional printshop printing.
The collection CD contains working print files from our 2007 clincial assessment range. This includes the preTherapyPro form, the prePilates - matwork and group form, the prepilates - Private and Studio assessment, the preExercisePro assessment form and also a printable version of the continuation notes pad.
The preExercise assessment is designed for any form of exercise class such as aerobics and other fitness training.
The new PRO version contains an exercise lab section for recording common physical measures including; Body Fat%, Blood Pressure, FEV1/FVC, PEFR, VO2 testing, Bleep tests and more.
