General Exercises Update by PhysioTools (PT1U)
This update is exclusively for existing users of PhysioTools General Exercises and is currently available in English, Swedish and Finnish.
The update contains 531 NEW exercises, plus colour photographs, videos and upgraded line drawings for all your existing exercises, bringing the total number of exercises to 1244.
These new exercises have been requested by users from around the world with new treatment guidelines and research taken into account.
General Exercises Update includes:
motor control exercises for the shoulder, scapula, back and lower extremity many new shoulder and scapula exercises including assisted shoulder movement using equipment hand and finger exercises; assisted, active and using a foam ball core stability exercises on a large ball, foam roll and without equipment new exercises for hip and knee rehabilitation variety of exercise levels from easy to advanced jaw exercises for treating TMD (temporomandibular disorders) exercises using equipment: small and large balls, dumbbell, barbell, wrist/ankle weight, weight plate, flexbar, exercise band, balance pad, flexible bar, soft ball, foam roll, step board, skipping rope
