You will normally receive your order within 7 working days. In the unlikely event that the product is not in stock you will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel. Orders are not charged until dispatch.
Returns policy
For health & hygiene reasons we can only accept goods for return which have been unopened and unused and within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and ensure the product is securely packaged. A national courier is recommended, as proof of dispatch is not necessarily proof of delivery. Please ensure your name, address and order number are enclosed. We do not pay return carriage charges.
