WITHIN USA:
We ship our DVDs and cream via UPS and in some instances via the US Postal Service. In the USA, we charge a flat $7 per order of DVDs. For massage cream orders or mixed cream and DVD orders, the cost is calculated by weight.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship internationally twice a week. Charges are $12 per 3 DVDs, and usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Customs has been known to charge small duties in some cases when importing from outside your country of residence.
